Shipping + Handling Fee

  • Because we take pride in your Elise + Hugo print arriving safe and sound, we post all prints in durable post tubes. As such we charge a flat rate shipping + handling fee for your total order.

  • Our standard shipping +handling fee is $15.00. We reserve the right to change these charges without notice.

  • Our shipping + handling fee is charged to you at the time of placing your order. Items will NOT be shipped until full payment is received for both your print(s) and the shipping + handling fee.

Standard Shipping + Handling Delivery Timelines

  • Orders will be dispatched as soon as is reasonably practicable (normally within 2 weeks of receipt of your order) and you should add an additional 3 - 5 days for delivery. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, delivery will be deemed to have occurred:

(a) for deliveries within Victoria – 2 business days after posting
(b) for deliveries within Australia but outside Victoria – 3 business days after posting

  • Products will be delivered to your nominated residential or business delivery address unless advised otherwise, as per the ‘Shipping Address’ you provided when placing your order.

  • Please note : every effort is made to advise accurate delivery times. You will receive advice of any changes to our expected production or delivery times via email. We regret that we cannot accept, (and you hereby release us from), any liability for failure to produce and/or deliver within the advised production and/or delivery times.

Express Post Deliveries

  • Is your delivery urgent? Please select our Express Post delivery option at the Check Out.

  • We charge a flat rate fee of $40 for all Express Post deliveries.

  • Australia Post guarantees Next Day delivery of Express Post parcels (within the Express Post delivery area - see below for more details). You can find out more about the Next Day delivery guarantee here.

  • As Elsie + Hugo prints are proudly printed to order by Lantern Printing, we are constrained by their schedule in fulfilling urgent orders. We will do our best to meet your needs and will discuss with you the earliest turn around time that can be achieved. Please drop us a line via our Contact page and include your Order Confirmation Number in the comments section. We will let you know the expected delivery date for your order, based on your delivery location.

  • Once printing is complete, we will post your order immediately via Express Post (if you have selected this delivery option at the Check Out).

  • We use Australia Post Express Post service. Please note Australia Post advises via their website : ‘Express Post delivery areas cover 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our Next Day Guarantee. ’ Please visit the Australia Post website for full details.

Acceptance of Delivery

  • Please ensure deliveries are inspected for any transit damage. Claims for damage on delivery must be supported by your conditional acceptance of delivery receipt noting the damage which has occurred. We will not be liable for, (and you hereby release us from), liability for damage which is not noted on your delivery receipt or, where no delivery receipt was required, for which we have not received a claim within 30 days after the date of delivery.

International Deliveries

  • We do not currently ship to countries outside Australia. We hope to be able to offer this service soon.
