Returns + Exchanges

  • Every Elsie + Hugo print is despatched in a robust post tube, so we expect that your order will be happily protected in transit.  However, if your print is damaged or in any other way not-quite-right when it arrives, please notify us via email (including a picture of the damage) within 7 days.  
  • In order to make a claim for a refund, return, credit or any damages you must provide us with the damaged product(s) within 30 days of receipt of such product(s).
  • We will refund the cost of, credit or replace your print within 30 days of return to us, any product which is damaged on delivery, provided that such damage is noted on the delivery receipt.  We will also cover your reasonable costs of returning the damaged product to us.
  • Requests for return, refund or credit will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Our refund policy is extended only to the person who has purchased the product and any claims must be made by the original purchaser of the product. We do not accept any liability to third parties in relation to the purchase or use of the product.
  • Our liability is limited to the original invoice value of the product. We do not accept liability for any consequential loss or costs including additional manufacturing costs, delivery charges or other loss of profit.
